SEMINAR ON “BANKS, CUSTOMERS AND TECHNOLOGIES”

A hugely successful event, “Banks, customers and technologies”, was organized by Blue Servizi and held in the wonderful city of Lecce.

The event moderator was the economic journalist, Paolo Zucca, who introduced the themes of the seminar.

The first speaker was from the president of Blue Servizi, Damiano Lucio Solida, who talked about the evolution of technologies and their impact on banks over the years.

Claudia Valdetara then came out to speak and illustrated the main changing trends in bank branches with market observations. Furthermore, she analyzed some models to manage the transformation and customer relations, as well as, the customer experience.

Afterwards, a discussion took place with Blue Servizi, who responded to the specific questions asked about the topics on the agenda. The debate which involved Blue Servizi’s commercial partners aroused a lot of interest among those present.

The following also took to the floor and answered questions put forward by the moderator, Paolo Zucca:

Patrick Goasguen, NCR Southern Europe Vice President, who illustrated his own impressions about the Self-service market trend at a European level;

Gabriele Giovine, Head of the banking division, NCR Italy, who shared his own vision regarding the progress of the Italian self-service market;

Herbert Weiss, European Distributor Director G+D Currency Technology, who discussed about what he believed will be the future version of the banknote;

Roberto D’Angelo, Sales Director Teradata Italy, who talked about the digital evolution through proper data management.

Damiano Lucio Solida, president of Blue Servizi, then finished off the discussion.

The new self-service NCR “Serie 80” product line was presented by the speaker Emanuele Berengan, Product Manager NCR EMEA.

A demo room was made available for the occasion, in order to give those present, the opportunity to see the products first hand and get a better insight about the solutions proposed by Blue Servizi’s various partners.

During the meeting, new commercial partnerships were officially made with Geomap, which offers unique Facility and Asset management solutions, as well as, Forgerock, a multinational software company located in San Francisco, USA, that deals with identity and access management.
